I'm having trouble getting all my pics to post so these couple will have to do. First, this is going to be a big brag blog so you'll just have to stick with me. Tonight my boys raced in the BYU elementary school 1 mile run. There were over 300 kids competing. It was supposed to be for 1st - 6th graders but they let Caden run, he just had to compete against the 1st graders. If you asked me before the race started I would have said that Caden would be at the back of his pack and Chase would be at the front of his pack. But little Caden surprised us all by running the WHOLE time and finishing 8th in his age group with a time of 9:12! What is even more remarkable is that he beat ALL of the 2nd graders that we knew, including his big brother who posted a time of 9:38 (Chase was in tears for half the race cause "somone pushed him down" - "he had a bloody nose" - "he was going to throw up" - but if you ask me it was because he wasn't going to win and he was mad!) So good job to both boys for competing and finishing the race; and Caders, you amazed us all!

CADEN & CHASE - I AM SO PROUD OF YOU!! I totally wish I could have been there, Myla would have loved it - way to make our neighborhood proud by representing us so well!!
Caden is an ANIMAL!!! I told Bryan when he got home and he couldn't believe it. And good job Chasers for finishing :)
Great job, Boys! I hate to think what my time would be...I'm sure Caden would have beaten me as well! Wow, first soccer triumph and now running triumph, and Chast with his swimming. I think your kids like to be outside ... what do you think?
My internet is finally working again! YOU BOYS ARE TOTALLY ROCKIN< AWESOM< AMAZING STUDS!!!! I am SO impressed and proud of you guys! Caden that is amazing! They look SO cute in their pictures!!
