Today when the boys were at school I surprised them by decorating their room for Halloween. I hung orange lights on their bunk bed and put a scary witch and skeleton that scream and shake whenever you pass on their houses. I also put together goody baskets filled with Halloween toys, blankets, soap, etc. They were SO excited! We are now officially ready for Halloween. The front porch is decorated, all the Halloween books, movies, and music are out of storage, and I have a bunch of stuff to make cute Halloween goodies this weekend. Happy Halloween!

Adorable Jen, I can just imagine how excited the boys were! We did Halloween this week, too. I have a "new" thing where the decorations/traditions will not begin till we have had Sela's birthday, can't have any competition. :-) We broke out the CD you gave us last year, its a big hit, "witch doctor" is definitely the Rhodes fave. I love Halloween, I think its SO fun with kids! Have fun putting those treats together!

When did their room change? I love it! I especially love the Halloween decor. You are such a cute mom Jen. HAPPY HALLOWEEN. Oh PS, The Golden State Warriors have been practicing here at BYU Hawaii for the last few days. Tonight Lance and I went and watched them scrimage. We saw all the guys, Baron Davis, Monte Ellis, Steven Jackson, Barnes etc.... Lance even witnessed Ellis' major injury in their scrimage. If you haven't heard yet go to espn. Apparently he got slammed by one of his own players and has no movement below his shoulders... crazy. It was pretty sweet to see them all though.
Can I get a copy of you Halloween CD? I don't know that I know what Halloween music is-thanks! :-)
The Decorations look AWESOME!! They are so lucky to have a FUN mom who does the cutest things for them!
We are on fire with the Treats too...Today we made Carmel apples and The Witches hat! Perfect time to do it since it's Conference weekend!
