We had done SO many beautiful hikes lately. Poli Poli is in an upcountry park with tons of trails through redwood forests. It was about 15 degrees cooler up there than down on the ocean. It was beautiful and so much fun to explore another part of the island.

beautiful again. very cool picture of caden on that tree! are you ever scared or nervous on your hikes? have you ever crossed a path with some sort of interesting creature? you really have to appreciate having your boys, because our family would not have success on some of your hikes!
