Goodbye 2009!
What a year of change 2009 was! We made our move to the islands permanent, we learned to budget our money :), we had a couple amazing trips, and through it all we learned to love and appreciate each other and the simple pleasures in life even more. Here are just a couple of our highlights.
Geoff - finally moved to Hawaii and just in heaven here. Loves paddlesurfing, hiking, football on the beach, living by the ocean and enjoying it everyday, and torturing his boys with his remote control car!
Jenn - loves exploring the island with my boys and watching them grow, walking everywhere except the grocery store, sitting on the beach until the sun sets, waking up to beautiful scenery and weather everyday. Had my first trip home to California by myself and loved it!
Chase - loves Hawaii, having his own room, and playing football. Had his first trip to California ALL BY HIMSELF and can't wait to do it again in 2010. Loved Europe - especially the Leaning Tower of Pisa.
Caden - lost 10 teeth! Loves soccer, playing football on the beach, boogie boarding, and riding his bike and scooter. Such a go with the flow kind of guy, says he is happy wherever he is as long as he is with his family! :)
Crew - truly and island boy. Wants to be outside from sun up to sun set, hates wearing shoes or shirts, potty trained, loves playing apps on his iTouch, riding his scooter (he is a master!), body surfing, and swimming.
We had a great New Years Eve with Geoffs family. All of his siblings are here and we are having a blast together. Our night included swimming, cousins gift exchange, Apples to Apples, fireworks on the beach, Spark and Light-up scooters, and topped off with a midnight fireworks show. We all stayed up to ring in the New Year!

HAPPY NEW YEAR! Love all the pictures ... cousins, fireworks on the beach, the cool spark scooters, Christmas ... they are all growing up so fast! Hugs and kisses to everyone there.
