Downtown Disney was one of our favorites places to go at night. SO many cool stores, restaurants, and fun places to play!
Pin Trading (which became pin collecting for us) was one of the highlights of the trip for the boys, especially Chase. We stopped at SO many pin stores! They now have quite the impressive collection of pins. I think its a pretty cool way to create your own souvenir of your favorite parks, rides, and shows. The pins are really cool. Some of them spin, slide, and move around.
Oh boy! So much fun candy and treats in here!
The biggest Disney Store in the world! This statue of Stitch spits at you as you walk by!
Shaqs uniform and shoes at Planet Hollywood.
TRex is the coolest restaurant in the world! At least for a family of all boys. Think Rain Forest Cafe only better and with all dinosaurs.
The restaurant has a bunch of different themed rooms - undersea, ice age, forest, lava, etc.
The boys got slurpees in dinosaur bone cups. We have SO many souvenir mugs from the trip. Oh Grandma sure did spoil them!
Chocolate eruption dessert. 4 pieces of chocolate cake, ice cream, and dry ice volcano in the middle. Very fun!
The boys HAD to make their own dino at Build - A - Dino!
Our favorite part of Downtown Disney was Disney Quest! A 5 story GINORMOUS arcade. Every arcade game ever made and tons of sweet interactive games. Some of the best were the Buzz Light Year Astroblasters (bumper cars with cannons), design and ride your own rollercoaster (you actually do cork screws and loop to loops), pirates (6 man boat you drive and shoot cannons from).
No, this is not us! I got this picture off the internet to show the pirate game.

"quest" looks amazing! They didn't have that when we were there. Looks new.
Seriously that restaurant and dessert look AMAZEing! I love this day! Looks like so much fun!
I remember shae and Charlee totally doing "pin trading!"
can chase be any cuter? he's soooo cute.
great pictures! we've gone to disneyworld twice, and when we went the first time, we loved downtown disney! funny story, we took the kids {with the Blands kids} to see "spiderman" there at a theater and some strange-guy came in the theater in the beginning totally in spiderman costume-character and was running up the walls, going crazy, and when our movie was over, we were walking out and the police were chasing him through the parking lot. it was crazy!
also, our kids LOVED pin trading, we had like 6 lanyards just covered in pins, and i sold them all a couple years ago at one of my yard sales...they weren't interested in them anymore, so we were done. it was a fun phase. ;) hehe...
I want to go! I love Downtown Disney at Disneyland too!! Kate would be so jealous of all of those pins! Your boys took home some serious souvenirs!!
