Happy 4th of July! We had a great day of surfing (Geoff), playing beach paddleball, baseball, and then fireworks by the ocean. Maui is very low key for Independence Day. No parade, fair, carnival .... only one spot on the island for a big fireworks show. But we made our own fun!
We miss you, Chaser Boy! We hope you had a fun holiday with Grandma and Aunt Ali!

ok. big big disclaimer: the 4th of july totally sucked because you guys weren't there!!! it would have been tons better with you. in fact, i kept looking over at your house thinking how i hate the thought that it's just sitting there so empty. boo.
chasers is on his own trip??? how fun for him. are you just dying? because my heart is aching for the rest of my tribe. it's so fun to travel with just kiana, but wow, if only we could always be together...how nice THAT would be!

Happy Fourth of July! We even watched the Stadium of Fire fireworks right outside our house! Your kids would have loved it here. You need to try to make it out here for the fourth from now on, oh and Boston's BIRTHDAY!

Glad you could still do fireworks. I would think that fireworks were big in Hawaii because everything is so wet you don't have to worry about fires! Happy 4th! We are off to Six Flags today ... whoo hoo!
Fireworks on the beach is so fun! I'm sure you are very ready for Chase to come back but it looks like he's having so much fun with all of them.
No worries Jenn. Your fireworks were probably about as good as the Stadium of Fire this year. They were pretty weak! We'll just blame it on the economy ;)
